IMPORTANT
· Any class with fewer than 5 students enrolled may be subject to cancellation.
· Registration fee is $25.00 per student or $35.00 per family.
· Sibling discount is 5% to the lesser amount.
· Tuition is non-refundable except in the case of injury or severe illness. All refunds are at the discretion of the Director.
· There is a $60 Performance Fee for all students participating in the Annual Student Performance in June.

All Children’s classes are paid either as three quarterly or one annual payment. Alternate payment options are considered upon request. Children enroll in programs of study and must participate in the full program in order to be eligible to perform with Columbus Dance Theatre.
In an effort to encourage the development of men in dance CDT offers full or partial scholarship classes to a limited number of young men taught by either Company or Apprentice men, the Ballet Master or the Artistic Director. Classes consist of ballet and fitness training. Scholarship availability is based on a scale of support calculated on a family's gross annual income. Please call 849-0227 to learn more about this scholarship program.
